Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa) is practiced by people of many different cultures, backgrounds and ages, in more than 100 countries around the world. It also means different things to different people; ranging from simply being a set of exercises for physical health; to a practice of self-transformation, and a moral philosophy that people aim to embody in their daily lives.
Falun Gong is often practiced in a quiet and serene environment. Individuals often practice at home or with friends in local parks, at times that suit them. There’s no set way to learn, although most find a local group a good way to start.
